Job Description

Job Role

The is a field based, face to face role visiting defaulters at the addresses stated on Court Warrants (includes Liability Orders and Writs) to obtain payment, execute warrants, make enquiries to trace the whereabouts of absconders, negotiate suitable payment recovery plans or seize goods to the value of the warrant for sale at auction.

You will operate on a Self-Employed commission basis, planning your own daily schedule from work provided to you.

Training

Full training on industry regulation and legislation to become a certificated / licensed Enforcement Agent (Bailiff) will be provided by our client.

Requirements

You must be confident / self-motivated/ possess strong communication & people skills/ good negotiator/ able to defuse challenging situations/ money motivated/ able to work unsociable hours (between 6AM-9PM)?

The role would suit individuals from (but not limited to) the following backgrounds: security / close protection / military / police / prison service / immigration service / debt recovery / collections / sales / customer service / client facing roles / business development

You must hold a valid UK drivers license and have no outstanding CCJ’s.

Salary

Self Employed commission based role after completion of training (salaried whilst training).

Earning potential from 35K plus….
